Q5.:WHAT IS THE PACKING FOR YOUR PRODUCT?
A5: Our product have retail packaging with good quality, and we also can do customized packaging for our OEM customer. Please contact us and inform the packing details you like. Thanks.

Q6:WHAT'S YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
A6:Generally, our MOQ is based on products.Different products have different MOQ.please contact us for detail.

Q7: Can I have a sample order ?

A7: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q9: What is your shipping way?

A9:We usually ship it via DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT/Aramex. For big quantity, you can choose air or sea shipment.

Q10: What is your payment?

A10:Under normal circumstances, we support T / T and other methods that SINOPRO can pay. If you have a special payment method, we can communicate and solve it.
